These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Agin88 ("Agin88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at agin88.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform or any affiliated platform operated by Agin88.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Agin88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account details should any information change. Agin88 accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Agin88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and Agin88 cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such disclosure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Agin88 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. Agin88 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Agin88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and sports betting purposes.

You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful recreational gaming and sports betting activities as provided within the Platform's available game and betting catalogue. All use must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Agin88 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond Agin88's reasonable control. Agin88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime.

Each game and betting market on the Platform is governed by specific rules that are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Agin88 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the wager amount to the User's account. Agin88's decision in such matters is final.

Agin88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are also accepted. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to the current options displayed on the Platform's Deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for most payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Agin88 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds with prior notice published on the Platform.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The User's account must have completed KYC verification to the standard required by Agin88's compliance team.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds credited to the account must be fulfilled before real-money funds derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically practicable.
• Agin88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests of MYR 10,000 or above.

Agin88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into an account must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Agin88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfer 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, additional compliance review, or bank-side delays outside Agin88's control.

Agin88 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of offer and the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible account holders only. Agin88 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any User from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated per-offer and typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds expire if not utilised or if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable offer terms.
• Agin88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Any indication of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent claiming of bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus farming across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk play purely to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 per qualifying deposit) applies automatically to deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT, or BNB. Standard wagering requirements apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Agin88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void any associated bets or winnings, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or being associated with more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Identity fraud: Registering using a false name, date of birth, address, or using another person's identity or payment method without their consent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker game, tournament, or other competitive format offered on the Platform.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, the proceeds of criminal activity, or the financing of terrorism. Agin88 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity accordingly.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings or credits to which the User would not otherwise be entitled.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, systems, or databases in any manner.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, trademarks, and service marks, is the property of Agin88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to Users under Clause 5 does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of Agin88.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform — including the names of payment service providers such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, and FPX — are used for informational and descriptive purposes only and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Such references do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation between Agin88 and those entities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agin88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit Agin88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Agin88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a number of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and may only be decreased with immediate effect or increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Users may configure on-screen notifications to alert them when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to indefinite closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the account settings panel or directly to the support team.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Agin88 support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements must be noted and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Agin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period, regulatory or compliance obligations, or where Agin88 reasonably believes that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of an account for cause, Agin88 reserves the right to withhold and/or void any balance attributable to prohibited or fraudulent activity. Real-money funds unconnected to prohibited activity will be returned to the User subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Agin88 is licensed and operates.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Agin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Agin88 will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 12.1.
